Integrative Healing is a spiritually inspired blend of healing arts combined with
  energy work that allows all aspects (physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual)
  of a person to release tension, blockages, and limitations that inhibit one's unlimited         possibilities and total well-being.  Your customized session will include two or more
  of these healing techniques:


  CRANIAL CENTERING   One of the most profound techniques for connecting with the
  human soul and its nervous system, Cranial Centering allows the body to reach deep levels
  of healing and relaxation.

  FOOT REFLEXOLOGY   Rediscovered in the early 1900s, this ancient healing art
  stimulates specific points on the feet that correspond with various organs and parts of
  the anatomy, promoting healing by relieving the body's overall stress.

  SWEDISH MASSAGE   This traditional massage provides an opportunity to experience
  peace of mind, relaxation of tense muscles, and ease of movement as your body gently
  releases the restrictions of physical, mental, and emotional discomfort.

  THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE   When you require relief from aching, over-stressed
  muscles and stiff joints, this reparative massage is designed to address your specific needs
  at a firm,  yet tolerable, depth of pressure.

  AROMATHERAPY  Calming to the mind and soothing to the body, the therapeutic use of
  pure essential oil was known to the ancients as a means of enhancing many forms of healing,
  as well as one's living and work environment. Aromatherapy Massage creates a pleasant
  experience, evoking health, while uplifting the spirit.

  ACUPRESSURE   An ancient method of applying gentle finger massage and channeled
  energy to specific acupuncture points, bringing balance to the body's major meridians and
  organs.

  REIKI  Possibly the oldest form of healing in the world, Reiki (Universal Life Energy)
  clears blockages, aligns energy, balances chakras, and revitalizes you on all levels.  Reiki
  is a powerful way to channel chi/energy by tapping into the infinite healing forces of the
  Universe.

  SOUL CHOICE COUNSELING  Often core issues arise to the awareness as the
  body & mind begin to relax.  This provides an opportunity to heal at a soul level leaving
  you to experience life as it was  intended,  full of love, joy, peace, health and  abundance.

  REMOTE REIKI HEALING SESSION ~ $30
    This healing session offers all the benefits of a traditional Reiki Session, yet it is done "long               distance". During this session, I dedicate 30 minutes to you, as if you were right in front of me.        All you need do is open to receive this healing Universal Life Force Energy, allowing it to fill
    you completely. Please contact me for more information or to schedule your session .
